Well, I'm seriously pondering buying MMF2, but I'm kinda sticked to TGF.
Unfortunatly, this one has lots of limitations (but it's AWESOME software, hey !) but the worst was that freakin no of objects limit.
I'd love to know if MMF2 still has that limitation, and if it does, what's the number of objects limit.
MMF2 object limit per frame is 20000 it seems. MMF1 family could only have up to 10000, but I can set it to 20000. Get MMF2...it's a great piece of software
I tested this when I got it, I can't remember how any objects I had bouncing around before it slowed down, but it was quite a few... More than you could ever really practically need.
Probably the same thing. MMF can hardly go beyond 3000 last time I checked.
MMF2 will probably be exactly the same, it's just that comp speed & RAM has gone up so much since MMF1 that they decided to double the limit. They could just get rid of the limit and it'll be exactly the same thing.
TGF, KNP has a nasty object limit .
