If it's one of those games with a lot of 'filler time' or where you'd wait around (e.g. The Sims, Simcity), I'd prefer windowed so I can do something else. Otherwise full-screen. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.
