If I've made anyone angry, I apologize (and I spelled that wrong). However, I do want to point out that in my initial post, I explicitly state that I KNOW that one of, if not the main reason, for a lack of updates is that the community isn't submitting things, so please don't use that as an arguement against me. I would also like to apologize if I insulted the admins with my 'lazy/busy' comment; it was meant as more of a question than an acusation.
Now, if all it takes is for me to come up with some great ideas for non-game posts on the front page, then I will shut my damn mouth right now, work on that, and then send my ideas to the admins. I already have some good ideas that I mentioned before (like mini-contests, etc.) that would keep TDC updated on a daily basis.
My main arguement against the folks that say that I'm blind and that TDC is being updated more than ever. On the front page the SIXTH post down is 12 days old. That means that only 5 posts have been made in a little under 2 weeks. That's actually not horrible, but like I said in my first post, I would love to come to something new each day I visited TDC.
As said above, I will actually act on what I'm speaking about, and give ideas to the admins. After that's completed, I'll be candid about the response I get. Like I mentioned before, its a total possibility I could be craving something more than what everyone's already happy with, and in that case, just let me know and I'll shut up!
Summer has always been a slow time for the dc, normally i would do my daily updates in the summer (just use the search bar in the summer months But right now with a second baby due in 2 weeks i got my hands full. Dont worry i'm sure things will even out. With that being said.....
I do agree from seph's first post weekly feature's would be a welcome addition. And since its the daily click we the admins need to do something to keeps things fun active any ideas are welcome and yes i'm still concidering the whole new admin idea for a specific function.
Also we got to get that picture of the day thing back from clickisland somehow
