It was by Matthew Crosta (who later did South Park Mario Bros) around 1996 and was just a wacked out pong game with spike balls and happy face balls with wacky randomness, with rap/funk music in the background and the backdrops are intentionally cheesily mspainted/photoshopped. I'm looking for this, it was my favorite knp pong game in the huge sea of knp pong games, all google turns up is some flash game n/a
