I'm really bad at pixel art and I need to draw a character with walking, crawling, jumping, climbing (stairs) and also shooting animation. Does anyone have any references I can look at to draw my dude?

Time is about the only way to get better. My sprite composition has gotten tons better. My animating still kinda suck tho.
