"I Created Disco" via Calvin Harris! Or "The Very Best Of Aerosmith". One of the two. When Luciana Caporaso releases her album it will make my number one for sure though!
The Battle of Los Angeles (Rage Against the Machine)
Lateralus (Tool)
The Black Album (Metallica)
Among the Living (Anthrax)
Reign in Blood (Slayer)
Octavarium (Dream Theater)
By a route obscure and lonely,
Haunted by ill angels only,
Where an Eidolon, named night,
On a black throne reigns upright,
I have reached these lands but newly
From an ultimate dim Thule
From a wild clime that lieth, sublime,
Out of space
Out of time.
No my circumstances were drastically altered and I was forced into a hermit like existence for a few months, but I don't think I died... Or maybe I did. Maybe we're really all dead. *makes ghost noises and floats away*

Wow nice Axel I used to be way into metal in high school but I'd say I liked Master of Puppets more than the black album and Seasons in the Abyss more than Reign in Blood (although that's probably 2nd). More than those though, Rust in Peace by Megadeth.. That is far and away their best album.

"There was also some unhappiness this year, sadly. We lost two klikkers to the cruel hand of death, and both will be missed. Ryan Mercer (aka Novasoft) died in November, while Darran Baker (DeathreaperX) passed away back in July. Both will leave a noticeable hole in the community, and both will be missed."
It's sad that Darran Baker actually did die, and quite tragically too, it's not really something to joke about.

Wow, nice choice Adam. I liked every song bar the two ending ones, the kind of gospel efforts. DARE and Kids With Guns are two of my favourites.
My favourite album is either the White Album by the Beatles (esp. Julia and While My Guitar) or Curtains by John Frusciante.
I've always loved this beauty, some of my favorite Funeral Doom metal.
I also thought Deathspell Omega's "Fas - Ite, Maledicti, in Ignem Aeternum" was an incredible album, even though the lyrics are extremely well written I dislike it how they glorify Satan.
I dunno about Disintegration being my favorite Cure album. I mean, sure there are some awesome songs from it but I almost like Wish better. I think it's a more solid effort. I know I'm in the 2% who think so though.
Plus it just seemed to me like a lot of songs off of Disintegration were the same 3 or 4 chords going on forever. I know that's nothing new for The Cure's music but still..

Let's get back on topic, the flow of the topic is starting to make me sad.
@ Del Duio: I dunno, I guess I've never really liked Wish that much, I find that the songs all go on a bit too long, like it worked on disintegration because the songs were meant to be long, but on Wish they feel like short pop songs stretched out a bit. I tend to like The Cure's albums when they're more singular and cohesive works, Seventeen Seconds would probably be my next favourite. That said, after I saw them in concert I appreciated Wish a bit more, the songs like 'Open' and 'From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea' work really well live.
ok so I bought Rise Against's latest album, The Sufferer and the Witness, and after listening a couple songs I fall in love with them. omg this is DA BEST ALBUM EVAR !!!1111
