So, I want to make this game, but I don't want to use the premade sprites, and I stink at making my own. Does anyone know a website or something that could help me?
If you need spriters and stuff, you should appeal to places like deviant art and pixel art forums and ask people there if they are willing to make a game with you and post examples of what you can do, etc.
Yup, what SilverNova said. Some of the best spriters I know hang around deviant art and pixel art.
