Anybody got any ideas for the general poll?
I'm completely out of ideas of what to actually have as the poll for this week. So give your ideas and hopefully we'll have a good few poll ideas for the next few weeks.
Oh, and serious suggestions only please - I'll delete any posts that are off-topic or completely stupid
I was never a big fan of Kirk, but I too have a difficult time choosing between Picard and Janeway. I think if I was being clenched up to a wall by my throat, at the mercy of a cardassian, I'd have to pick Picard.
Considering both of your posts are against Startrek, Adam. I can assume you must not like it. So do we need a third post?
Startrek is awesome, but you either really like it or you just flat out don't. You can't convince a trekkie OUT of being a trekkie, it's not going to work.
My attitude? I had no attitude, but you sure as hell do. I was merely pointing out the fact that saying you don't like Star Trek in what is now three posts, is completely pointless. I was not saying you had to like it, so get over yourself and stop putting words in my mouth. Thanks.
PS: I could easily sink to your level and constantly post how I hate Star Wars compared to Star Trek, but I won't because no one gives a shit.

The attitude you're talking about right now is the attitude you asked for when you decided to smart mouth me first. Nothing about my initial post showed any intentional attitude. You just wanted to see it, so you had an excuse to attack me back. Fact of the matter is, no one cares... if they did, they would have responded to your first post.
I'm not saying any more though. I'm not going to continue in a petty argument just because you decided to take offense to a post that merely pointed out that no one cared to hear about your massive dislike for Startrek.

Calm down kids, everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Personally I'm not a fan of either star wars or star trek, but I would definately choose Star Wars over the other. Star Trek is rather geeky

Sorry Adam, but you were pretty much giving the "I don't care" crap to Brandon's post in the first place You had it coming.

I never really got into other space shows just because they moved SciFi to digital cable and thats out in the living room where my parents hog the TV at prized hours of the day. I even started losing interest in Battlestar Galactica whenever I started missing episodes and getting gaps in the storyline.

Don't get me wrong, no I don't ever watch Star Trek but I'm a fan of Patrick Stewart and USED to like good ol' Bill. Seen Star Trek once or twice and it didn't bore me, I just never watch TV anyway.
