Spitfire. . . While I don't ever really use my backseat other than for groceries etc. I'm not a 2 seater guy. I'm 6' and kinda claustrophobic. I like the design of a lot of 2 seaters though, I'd just never have one.
I'm a car dude. Got an old '61 Ford Falcon I'm fixin' up. The pic of the spitfire didn't load... but I know what they look like. I'm hoping to convince my sis to get one. Saw a running one for $3000 in a magazine the other day.
I dunno jack about fixing cars up. I just like driving em. I'd love to be able to restore old cars but frankly it's too expensive of a hobby. Have you heard about that car the blade? I think it's cool that that guy took it upon himself to make his own car. I know alot of people buy those hotrod kits but he's pretty much creating a new car from scratch.
I like cars with good mileage I got a Peugeot 205 from 1990 which is not a very impressive car I'm sure, but it has decent mileage specially for such an old car
I've thought that American cars are lame before too... but I think it's just the mainstream plain ones. We have as many cool "exotic" cars as anybody else. I've always wondered why in the world they make such awesome looking concept cars and then don't make them.
Well. . . I personally wouldn't touch a wrx. That's just me so if you like them that's cool. Too ricey for me. I have a crappy nissan sentra right now. Not crappy. . . just boring. So Japan is perfectly capable of making boring cars as well as americans. Maybe it's just from growing up here and it's in my blood, but nothing gets the spark from me like an american muscle car. You could set a ferrari and a gt-r next to a challenger and I'd take the challenger every time. It just has that timeless look.
If we're talking about porsches or ferraris or anything like that I much prefer the ones from the 80s and before. The ones they make now just don't look as good to me. I guess that's why I like the challenger. It's as retro as it gets while still being modern. Somewhere in the 90s cars started getting boring. People lost their personalities and worried more about picking the colors with the best resale value. Which is apparently beige.
