while I was working on my game things started glitching up,so I closed it and reopened it.
It said that an error occured while loading frame 1,and asked me If I wanted to open it anyway, which would involve temporarily deleting frame 1.
if I choose otherwise it says an error occured while loading application.
I tried system restore and for some reason it still didn't work!
I don't know what to do? anybody else had/fixed this problem,or is my game toast?

Always always always always back up and make backups of backups of backups. If it's horribly important, ask Yves or Francois if they can help on the Clickteam forum.
I'm afraid it may be toast.
Oh also, make a copy of the file and go ahead and go along with this "temporary deletion". You never know what could happen!

What product are you using? I heard once that using a more recent product to load a non/improperly working file could restore it, but I don't know.
I haven't had problems with MMF2 but I have it set to automatically make three backups of every game I start.

Don't just rely on MMF2's autobackup. In addition to that, save backups individually, backup the games and backup folder, and image your hard drive occasionally. I haven't lost big chunks of work for a long time. (Though some little stuff when it failed before I could save. )
