Well the front page news article made me think of something fun to do in light of all the heavy drama. A Avatar Compo!
Post your best, current or new avatar here as a pic that you have been using or currently using. All the Avatars displayed here will go on a special Avatar Compo page next week so users will be able to pick the most create/fun/impressive Avatar of TDC and vote for the winner!

I changed the theme and realised that each one has a different typeface and size for the name. So it mirrored perfect on Silvernovas whatever theme but looked wrong on the rest

I just love the classics
I keep reminding myself to watch them again (it's been years) but I haven't had time. Nobody got it when I said "Flux capacitor" in Lloyd's voice when my physics professor was talking about "flux."

I can't remember which ones I've seen other than the first. I'm not sure I've even seen all of them either. These are the sort of movies we'd watch at Gramma's when we were younger. Sometimes they'd get turned off, because of the content. (We don't and never have had cable or satellite ourselves.)

I have the 3 disk box set and I've seen all 3 of them quite often. I also force friends of mine who haven't seen any of them yet, to watch them with me.
I don't really think I can put a finger on which one is my favorite, I love them all, even the third one which most people don't seem to think is that good. I love them all.
back to the future trilogy was the best thing ever. Awwww, what a cute little pink hoverboard the third one was definitally the worst. Who cares about the west? And whats up with the name "back to the future?" it should be back to the past

Worst? Perhaps, I mean compared to the others. Compared to most movies though, it still kicks the ass out of most.
Sumo148: Yeah, that would look nice! I was originally going to make the mountains move slowly too but as a gif it would have ended up pretty large! This is old now anyway. I may update when i get some time to tinker again

Oh, oh! Wait! I finished another avatar today. It's pretty rude and plain but I hope some of you will like it. So I will participate the compo with this:
What is an avatar? Is it simply an image, or is it the representation of one's self online? And then this competition, is it not to find what is the most creative, fun, or impressive avatars are?
How many others are showing their avatars while also offering a second image?
But I'm not submitting each individual image as my entry, but the entire product: the dynamic avatar.

Garbage. We've seen dynamic avatars before, so you should focus on having original pictures instead of a gimmick. Dynamic avatars are cool, but not basis for being picked as a best avatar. Rikus will probably just save whichever one appears when he gets to yours anyway, so you'd better put your best one up permanently.
