I'm in (not from ) Sydney. I know there used to be a lot of other klikers from Sydney at one time.

I was in Sydney a few weeks ago seeing Trivium play at the UNSW Roundhouse.
@ Andy: I first found TGF when I was probably around 11 so I've been playing with TGF/MMF/MMF2 for like 7 years now And I've been on/off with them, losing interest, getting motivated again etc. And joined/rejoined/lurked TDC for quite some time as well.
lol, you never told me you were here. I hang near the UNSW Roundhouse practically every week. We could've talked about active objects and stuff in person

I didn't stay long this time because I tagged along with a mate of mine so we pretty much arrived 3pm gig at 7.30pm onwards and then left next morning at like 10am. Stayed at a pretty terrible lodge 5min walk from UNSW.. It's a part of Sydney I've never been to before. Usually go to central CBD, I was there last September seeing another metal gig Opeth

I've only been there once or twice when I was pretty young, but a lot of people in Canberra say they'd rather be in Melbourne because of shopping etc, and apparently the music scene is much better there.
Muz - I didn't know you were in Australia! I thought you were still in Malaysia.
Lol, I'm stuck in Australia until July 2010. Maybe August if I'm lucky

Oh wow hello! Nice to meet you again
This must be the 3rd time I've rejoined TDC. Though I've lurked on/off for years. And by the way, I wanted to thank you for giving me that hosting all that time ago, though I only used it for about a year or so.

I was surprised how rough some Australians can be, I thought it was just Brits who acted chavy sometimes, but after watching ladettes to ladies the other night, my opinion changed I guess Neighbours really paints a bad image.

Of course they have to over-do it to make them seem worse and dramatic, it gets the ratings and all.. But it just makes us look even worse because people turn on the TV somewhere and are like "homg shit Aussies are terrible peoplez!!"
Well I mean, that's kind of what I thought when I was watching the UK one. Hahaha. But only a minority of people are really like that anyway.
I'll probably be back in Sydney around September, probably going to in Melbourne for a little while late that month if we do come. I'll let you buy me a beer then Andy if you ask nicely.
