Hi everyone! Just thought I'd drop by again to reveal the trailer of a game I've been working on for the last two years and it is almost complete! It's a "VGA" remake of the classic Space Quest 2 by Sierra Online back in 1987. It's nearly complete and here is the trailer. I went for the classic 50's B-Movie style look and had a blast making it. And that's my silly voice as well, but not my real voice of course.
Exceptionally well put together pieces of media and they both make me interested more in the game (which i am sure was the point!). My fav was the first video, it appeared so authentic (not that i'm that old!)

The guy who plays Roger Wilco in the second video is one of our musicians and the voice actor in the game as well. And yes, he does come across as a creepy man.

I have always LOVED space quest II.
i grew up with it as a kid and played the fuck out of it- me and my german-english dictionary when i had just learned how to write german lol
oh those great memories. It was a wonderful way to learn the language though.
I even remember how I got the walkthrough from the local library and the walkthrough came with the Space Quest II demo on a 5¼-inch floppy disk.
The part I have loved the most and that inspired me the most in my life is this killer plant where you have to get the berries from and if you step on its veins or whatever you wanna call those the plant kills you.
Great teaser- great style. This looks like this is gonna be great. So it is going to be point and click, right? I’ve once coded a text adventure in MMF- not that much fun.
Thanks! Yeah it's going to be in the style of past Sierra point and click games, similar to Space Quest 4 and King's Quest 5. We're pretty much in beta stage right now, we're hoping it's released soon.
