This could be a number of things. You could have the CCN incorrectly referenced, or an incompatible browser, or an incompatible OS... What's the link to the ccn, if you don't mind sharing?

and i get this
and i tried it with IE and Mfox nothing seems to want to run it

That's because media fire doesn't give you a direct link to the file on the server, instead it gives you a link to a jump page that generates a download url for every user. This is to prevent abuse from viruses and bots and such.

Your own server for one, but you can use mine.
I upped it at http://www.jsoftgames.com/page.zip the extension is .zip but it's still embeddable because of the way my server is configured.

I had a feeling that was the problem, since you used Mediafire for the screenie. As nice as Urban's suggestion is, this is probably an easier alternative:
http://www.webs.com/
It may not be the best host, but it's free and your "username.webs.com" address is easy to remember.

If you already have a webs account, just upload the file there. You don't have to publish the site to use its file hosting.
