Hi. I'm trying to get some HUD "windows" like in this mockup:
However, whenever I try, the counters go behind the windows.
I've tried making the windows transparent, and filling in the space around the numbers, but this leaves transparent pixels around the edges, no matter how many times I try to fix it.
On the highest layer set its X and Y scrolling coefficiencies to 0. Anything you put in that layer will not scroll.
There are other methods but this is probably the easiest.

Dr. James, it worked, along with Silverfire's suggestion
The weird part was, I had to put the HUD windows behind the foreground ones, then move them back again.
