I miss those old days, although of course I was a complete tosser then (a lot more so even than now). I mean - endless childish arguments which always denigrated into pointing out someone's bad grammar (always!). But it seemed you could start a topic about anything and you'd get a good debate going, a lot of it quite funny. There used to be a lot of running jokes and stuff which could've made the forum a bit clique-y (in retrospect probably very), but there were some genuinely hilarious moments. (PS, does anyone have dcgirlpost.mp3? Can't find it anywhere).
I remember Trev very well - there used to be quite a few UK clickers about, people like Tigerworks, Hagar, Pete Nattress, Steve Harris, AndyUK, Circy, Smegsoft, JoeH, Dines, Wong; and many others I've forgot to mention. (I really am just naming names here); And then there were plenty of other nationalities too, people like RyGuy, Shen, Shab, Ashman, Shadowcaster, Jonnycomics et al. I used to like talking to these people. Of course some of them are still here, but most have gone (or are dormant). I think most people got bored of click and progressed onto bigger things (or got bored of making games in general, or got bored of chatting to teenagers online when there's girls outside).
I don't really remember much about when I first joined the forums, I guess ive always been busy making games.
I used to recognise members by their avatars. If people changed their avatar it would throw me right off.
I didn't really get to know any clickers until I joined Ectoprods, and even now a few years after ceasing all activity we're all still friends.
Glad I'm not the only, erm, 'oldbie' still around here with memories of the past world of Klik. I actually got enticed by the groovy Construct made by Ashley (AKA Tigerworks) and some other very talented individuals, but unfortunately in the end I found I just don't have time to put any major effort into games design any more.
Back in the day I was in contact with some Klikers on MSN or Yahoo, and I do like how the L4D group is primarily made up of old-gen Klikers, which means it's more like playing with friends than strangers, which makes it all the more fun and we get to chat about random bullshit.

I remember you once recorded a sound for my game by taping the idling of your car or something; was awesome.
Who remembers me? Cysteine Creations, ring a bell? I never really created anything of significance, just lots of minigames, some i don't even remembered myself. I think i was around 13 back when i started clicking, now im almost 21. Left the community for quite a while to concentrate on my studies amongst other things but i still visit TDC now and then, just for the sake of nolstagia. Its a pretty lovely place.
Where are groups like faind, natomic and acoders btw? a bunch of real talents there. Virtually Real is already dead back in the days, wondered what they're doing now... i loved their games.
Now ive pretty much moved on... and has only started working on games again (on XNA) a couple of weeks ago.
I remember you, CYS. You made that Mr. Boo game that came equal first with Depth Diver for GOTW, a fair while back. I'm talking years. The reason I remember it so well is because that's the same GOTW that my game D.O.G. was in, haha! The better man won.
