Stopped watching mid-way through the second season, when it became apparent it wasn't going anywhere. Same with Heroes etc.
They always do this with US dramas - they make one good season, and then when it becomes popular they just try and stretch it out for as long as they possibly can, until it just becomes tedious.
The only TV series I watch now are Skins, Big Bang Theory, The Hills, and Brothers & Sisters.
And in case you're wondering, No - I'm not a 14 year old girl
Lost indeed is awesome! I can understand that people got a bit lost with it, there's a lot of stuff to remember, but I would recommend anyone to get the box-sets and watch through them.
And yeah, the main bad guy at the beginning of season 6 Looks like epic war time
I'm at a bit of an advantage, because I didn't start watching until a few months ago. I watched seasons 1-5 in about a month so everything is still fresh in my head
They put it on Sky a while ago and I couldn't carry on watching.
Now I've got Sky I don't think I'd be able to catch up. Was getting bizarre anyway. It's easier to make sense of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict than the Lost canon.

No it's not... you just watch it, then it makes sense! I love all the people who skipped episodes or come in mid-show saying "This doesn't make sense!" Well of course not, it's the most complicated show on TV and you're skipping shit. I you did watch it all and still don't get it then you have bigger problems.
If by 'making sense' you mean placing wildly illogical plotlines and objects into the series to make it last longer than intended, then yes, Lost makes perfect sense.
Any damn fool can create something complex. The genius is in creating something simple.

its sad that thats your argument when the creators didnt intend for it to drag on. you can thank the ABC network for that during the middle couple seasons.
