Even though probably nobody here apart from Rob Rule knows who Stephen Stills is, I made a pixel art portrait of him (while I saw him live a few days in a row).

Criticism is where you point out the not so good parts of ones work with the goal of making this work better and make the author better at it in general. As opposed to being really envious and bashing the shit out of something
I love it, Hayo. It's absolutely awesome looking! The textures are extremely well done, the colors seem to be spot on.
I honestly can't say I can give much critisism, except maybe on one area of shading. While the shading is already spot on, I would've added another small, lighter shade of tan on the forehead. Other than that, it's just about as good as it gets. Seriously awesome job, dude.

Proportionally there's nothing to worry about. Looking at it again though, perhaps the clothing would need a little bit of work. But then again, you don't want to detract from the face.
It took me a while to get used to elitist pixel art community, but I realised it is the only way to really get better.

Pixel art has always been somewhat challenging for me.... also using blue to shadow looks so awesome i must learn where its best to use it and at what... level or whatever.

I don't think any of the anti aliasing on the outline is working. But that's probably down to the choice of background colour.
I think it looks pretty bloody awesome Hayo. I've not been on the forums for a while and when i saw your avatar chaned i actually thought it was you at first... i think the goatee made me think that!
