did they work for clickteam. did clickteam make any example files for the old knp. did clickteam even exist back then. did maxis have their own team who made graphics and tutorials?
Legend has it Ram Raider Rick was brutally murdered in his San Diego home by Howling Mad Barney. Howling Mad Barney was later found drowned in his fish tank. Somehow, their ectoplasmic energy made it into the final version of Maniac Racers. This is why the faces are offkey and distorted as what you are looking at are ghostly images of the dead duo. The game itself is considered to be haunted as well. When you're racing as a single player, you're not against the computer, no, you're against the very spirit of Ram Raider Rick.

who made those tutorials? did CLICKTEAM aka yves and frank do all these examples or did they just CREATE knp - passed it to maxis and they made the tutorials but i think the EUROPRESS version got the examples, too
do the europress version and maxis version have different examples?
Btw I just ordered Klik & Play off amazon, $8 too. yaay!
For some reason the example games in the demo version aren't exactly the same as the one's in the full version.
Rick, also known as Richard Gale, made some of the Klik & Play example games including Gracillis V. Barney was most likely a colleague of his at Europress Software (which I believe was renamed to the Clickteam we know today).
lol that screenshot took me off guard.. brings back so many memories... i remember making a star wars pod racer game with my friend before the movie came out because we were so excited.. we were so young and naive.
