1)
I am making a game.
I am trying to make a custom movement engine.
The player is going downhill and only moves right and left and jumps. The player automaticly downwards. You can't stop him you have to crash inorder to stop. After 1 second when he crashes and stoods up it automaticly moves downwards non-stop. how can I make that happen? Please help.
2)
I want him to move not fast not slow, medium. and also want the cam to follow him. How can I change speed and follow.
3)
How can I make things as obstacles. I have trees, logs like that and I want him to crash into it. But it goes right through.
Please if possible answer all of them.
Thanks

also, when I make a picture in Ms Paint like oval, there is white background under it which shows the image like a cube. How can I get rid of that?

OMG! well it seems thatyou have alot to learn, boy...
Never ever use MS Paint, no i said never. just don't do it.
Ever made a game with the built-in movement? It seems like you don't even know the very basics of klik, wait with that custom engine...

im a real newbie and even i know most of this ( except the custom movement thing , i find that to hard ).
anyway , to make him stop when he hits something u have to make the object an obstical , and then in the event editor make it so when character collides with background - movement stop. And to get rid of the white u have to fill it in with the transparent colour in the picture editor. hope that helps
hmmmmmm......

If you want to make him medium speed with a custom movement just fool around with the x-values. As for custom movements, use the Search DC button to your left. Just remember: The play area's x and y values act like if they were in the fourth quadrant of a graph, so to move down you would add to the y-values and to move right you would add to the x-values.

Alot of this can be answered in some articles. Why not use the search dc button on the left of the screen.

I still don't get how to make transparent colors on some places of the active objects. The player just hits places that aren't seen. Like I made a tree but because of it's boxed background you can't see anything wrong in the game but while strafing left-right it hits those spiky corners. please help.

??? I don't really understand you, but i'll try. You can't make some parts of active objects transparent unless you use replace colour or break the object up into differant active objects. Now that's getting into tricky stuff. And with the tree, there might be two reasons.
1. You have ticked collides with box, under the tree's properties. Or...
2. The background colour of the tree isn't transparent.
Please try to restate your question.

First learn how to use built in movements, download KNP for school and look at the examples.

I respectfully disagree here. If you use it right, you can make a lot of great colorful pictures for your games with MS Paint. That's what I use and I don't think it's too terrible.

Well, for pixel art it doesn't matter at all what you use though some tools are nice to have. When the graphics look like "oh, eww, ms paint" it's distracting for the player.
