I am in 100% full support of breaking the law... but isn't that illegal! And if not (which it probably isn't), then very suspicious. What is to stop every man and his dog selling their copies and making a secret burnt copy, or in your case, just not deleting your copy and secretly still using it?
I could sell mine for $50 and email some guy my serials and I then I have $50 and still have MMF2.
But whatever, if you'll break em up, I'll take the Flash Exporter for 30 euros.

In all fairness, he did state he did say (2 CD's) after Multimedia Fusion 2 developer edition. So I'm pretty sure he's selling the disk, he's just putting it on a server for quick easy access once they buy it - instead of waiting for their disks to arrive. Though, at this point... you are copying the information off the disk and sending it to someone else. Even though they did pay for it, you're still technically committing copyright infringement.
Many questions so lets see if i can anwser the best way i can.
first about the download from my server,well i havent really sell anything over the internet so i dont know what laws apply and was hoping that noone would think iam trying to sell fake stuff.
i see your points though and its a shame that clickteam doesnt have a transfer policy so that serials can't be used over any computer.
Chris Burrows...why break cds when iam about to give them ? to prove i wont use them? btw the flash exporter is only digital as you propably know.
now as for the cds i must clear some things.I have a phycical package of Multimedia fusion 2 which after some months i upgraded to developer edition.
now as for the photos sure why not i dont mind

and in case someone is wondering iam selling all the things i can because of economical reasons (maybe you have heard whats going on in Greece).
well i dont know what else to say just give me some minutes so take some photos.
Something else you might want to think about is that every time you re-install MMF it connects to the Clickteam website to varify your serial number. Each serial is only allowed a certain number of re-installs. I think it's 10. Maybe less.
If you do end up selling it I don't see a problem with putting it on your server. Who cares if it is illegal? Now days everything is ilegal. From dating school girls, to killing people. From taking mushrooms to shooting needles. It is up to us to decide for ourselves if something is right or wrong. By uploading MMF2 to your server you are hurting nobody. You are just helping out the guy who buys it. Also, Clickteam don't seem like the kind of company to be dicks about anything.
...But whatever, if you'll break em up, I'll take the Flash Exporter for 30 euros...

I think you may have misunderstood what Chris was saying here. He wasn't implying that you physically break them just that he would purchase the exporter from you as a seperate product from the rest of them leaving you with MMF2 Dev and the serials.
