Lets assume he's here to troll, then you're playing right into his hands. He wants a reaction, if you just ignored him he'd be bored and leave.
So you're saying every troll is welcome to the TDC forums since this is a safe haven for people below civilized communication?
If we instead assume he's actually doing some sort of reverse psychology thing, then it seems to be working as you are so upset over it.
As I said before, I'm not especially bothered with his personal remarks toward me, I'm speaking up since I see him disrupting a community I am a part of and that his trolling/reverse psychology/heroic opinionation can make a lot of users/potential users feel uncomfortable in these forums and decide to stay away, which we don't want.
Or if he's genuinely a racist, well, I must say that I admire him for standing for his opinion, no matter how unpopular that makes him. That doesn't mean I agree with him though!
As I also said before, there is a hugh difference between standing for your opinion in discussions and spamming threads with racist propaganda.
EXAMPLE:
Person A stands in a schoolyard with children of mixed cultural background.
Person B approaches person A and asks what he thinks of the children.
Scenario 1:
Person A says "I don't believe in this idea of allowing so many immigrants and having these classes of mixed cultures, I believe in a pure country."
Person B: O.o
Scenario 2:
Person A lifts up his megaphone and countryflag, screams towards the children "All of you filthy sluoche immigrants should leave my country and go home! You are inferior and will be destroyed in the restoration of the Arian Empire!"
Person B: ;O
Result:
Scenario 1: Person A stands for his opinion in conversation.
Scenario 2: Person B is being a complete egotistical douche and should be removed from the schoolyard since the kids shouldn't have to listen to hateful rants like that.
Not a too bad example really, there people of all ages and cultures here. And no one should be allowed to act as in scenario 2 under such circumstances. There are a lot of racist and nazi forums on the internet where Fordom can share his passionate ideological outbursts, no need to do it here.
Now what I wish for would be that people could discuss maturely instead of crying about being offended and wanting him gone.
Yup that's your wish. In the perspective Phreedreeke as sole user on TDC it's fully viable, but since that's not the situation you should realize that your opinion is only based on your personal comfort, not in favour of the site as a whole.
And I'll say it again, he's as welcome as anybody else as long as he's not plain abusive. And that's not just my personal standpoint, it's the whole forum policy.
Except you make Fordom out as much worse than he actually is. Spamming? He barely posts.

Personal comfort? Letting OTHER people speak their mind is a matter of my personal comfort? A place where people are scared of sharing their thoughts out of fear of offending people would be boring. To quote Nietzsche "In heaven all the interesting people are missing."

It doesn't matter who holds the right opinion. If you dislike Nastyman, that's fine, but please don't say that here with the intention of starting a conflict. The purpose of this thread was to promote something genuinely positive, so let's keep it that way, savvy?
