Although I knew Dizzy would never get a full blown retail release and expected a remake of one of the older games if it did happen. The 4 year old inside me that played Dizzy on his Amstrad cpc is smiling at this news. .

Obscure game I used to play is being mentioned?" but I didn't know what it was about. I was excited to find out. Now I'm like "Meh". Agreed with Adam, it does look very plain. Also I have no means to play it I always preferred Treasure Island Dizzy, anyway! n/a
MasterM Registered 02/01/2002 Points 701	24th November, 2011 at 14:39:19 - i dont see whats wrong with it. could you please tell me why exactly you think this looks bad? i think it looks pretty lovely and is a nice remake of the original dizzy without turning WEIRD and not keeping the style of the original. like look at the monkey island remakes. art wise those are total shit and do NOT stay true to the original titles while dizzy is like dizzy just with improved graphics? i dont see whats wrong with that so please tell me why you are bashing it.

Totally agree dude! I would rather have something that holds true to the original but looks nicer. I can't help at smiling at the news either . n/a

The style in which they have been drawn/painted is also pretty inconsistant. Dizzy's animations are terrible for such a simple character design. And from a big company like Codemasters, Id expect a lot more. n/a

The originals was made by two or three people in a matter of about 2 months. I think it looks better than Sonic 4's plastic prerendered crap. .
