Does anyone know where I can get a playable version of Efftoo? It was a multiplayer game kind of like Bowman or Angry Birds that was being made by O³ Software and later ported to Flash by Andrew Mather. It was hosted on gwerdy.com and had a Facebook app (http://apps.facebook.com/efftoofb/) but now it's down.
All of the mirrors of the game still probably have to connect to gwerty.com to do multiplayer. Here's a screenshot of it.
Some friends of mine are working on a similar concept and I was trying to show them the trash talking feature.
Good to hear from you! I have good memories of playing this on IRC with you guys. I still have the exe version code for Efftoo but I don't have the Flash/Facebook version. That was all Andrew's work. There was a Jamagic version at one point, too!
It uses a couple of MMF1.5 extensions that are pretty hard to find now, but if I could track those down I could send you a version of the game that would show the chat system, but I don't know how I'd get the connectivity to work again.
