1. Yes, but your code probably wont be distributed. This is mainly so Clickteam can check that it doesnt contain malicious code. It's the same deal when someone sends in an extension to put in the downloads section on CT, they need the source so they can check your not trying to bugger up their systems.
2. No, there is no size limit.
3. Yes you can.
4. Yes, as long as you havent released it publically, or wont be releasing it publically until after the competition has been judged, and the winners announced.
