Hi there
I was curious it we could create new qualifiers, because when you use multiple qualifiers (the numbers, 0 to 9)
you don't really remind you what they're corresponding to.

I wondered if it would be possible to create custom qualifiers with custom icons ? LIke
"Detectors" And you draw a tini icon representing a detector.

Is it possible with changing mmf2's files ? Or maybe with an extension ? Thnaks for reply, and have a nice day !

No, Sorry. It is not possible to make custom qualifiers.

Remember that you can, and should, create tons of comments in your event grid. Although we tend to wrap our minds around everything we make, it's so easy to make a mistake; especially if you take a break for a couple of weeks.

@Riptide: There are other categories and icons for Objects beyond just numbers. If you scroll further down the list, you'll see items like "Detectors" or "Data" and so on...Even "Clothes" and "Rockets." There may be more variety than you initially think.

It took me literally years to notice them, as I had originally thought I was stuck with the little "wastebasket" icons and a handful of "Good" or "Key" or "Bonus" qualifiers.

You can change qualifier icons and names, but you have to hack the resources of the .exe and will be erased next time you update MMF. I use ResHack to do it.

Personally, I'm willing to go through the 20 minute hassle to get something that's a bit easier to work with (though it makes sense only to myself):

Wow!
I never thought I'd see it possible, in any capacity!

Wonder why they don't just have that kind of functionality in MMF, anyway? I've ended up coming up with a lot of bizarre associations based on the built-in qualifiers (like apple (group.good) is for gravity/physics-affected objects), but it would still be so sweet to be able to make my own qualifier names and icons...
