I'm seeking a pixel artist for a top-down, retro-arcade-action game based around the beginning of the Viking age (specifically, the very late 700's). I would need an artist to create static and animated assets for the main game (not menus, HUD, etc.), including the main character, English soldiers, and priests/monks. The backgrounds range from plains and fields to forests, a village, and finally a seaside English monastery.
Although I am currently of limited means, this can be a paid position for the right candidate. I am dividing the entire project into milestones or "stages," and pay would be allocated upon completion of such a stage.
