In my opinion...
I think the bass line should kick in a little earlier. The beginning sounds a bit too light for a battle theme. A breakdown segment would also add a little more variety to the piece.

I pretty much agree with SMR but I generally like it. I can easily see it being used in a battle  good job.

Sounds a bit dry and basic to me! You should add lead sample on the back to give it depth!

that song was actually heavily influenced by megaman so you hit the nail on the head and i really liked that remix nastyman, gave it a much different feel! thanks for the feedback guys
