Cursor object in MMF although im not sure if you can use that in anything otherwise you'll need to hide the mouse and set whichever object you want to use as a cursor to Y position of mouse and X position of mouse.
You can use the cursor object and select "Image Name" or "Image Number". You'll have to draw or import the image first by right-clicking on the cursor object and selecting "Edit".

You also could hide the mouse cursor and set an active object to x/y of the mouse. That way, it would be simple to give it animations and such. This may not be suitable for all kinds of applications, though.
