I did some research and appearently there are two versions of MMF2.
Regular-and developer-version.
When using regular u gonna need to put "fueled by fusion" into the credits to be able to sell it.
With the "bit more expansive" developer version i have the licence to sell it like i want without crediting MMF or Clickteam.
Well my question... :
Is there just a commercial purpose to it? Do i have additional options with the developerversion?
I can't find EXACT answers and perhaps some of you have experience with the developer-mmf you like to share
These are the features that Developer has - vs Standard.
Royalty free, logo and credit free
Not Subject to runtime agreement
Ability / rights to change the version information of the EXE files
Ability to build MDI applications
Ability to dock sub-applications
Ability to create frames without display surface (to save memory for frames that contains only controls and child windows)
I went and found the old product comparison page for MMF2 and MMF2 Developer, but I don't think you can even buy MMF2 Developer anymore, so you may as well just look at the new 2.5 comparison page.
Unless you're wanting to build a fancy application with dockable sub-applications, I would imagine that escaping the runtime agreement is probably the main distinguishing feature you'd be interested in, so it comes down to whether you think the price tag is worth that feature.
