I really want to make a site but what webhost should i have? I dont want to program so i need one of those easy build ones. Are there any like this that are free?

DOnt just go for a web host because they promise a easy site builder, most online site builders are useless. YOu can get easy site builders all over the web, try searching www.download.com or www.2cows.com theres lots available as freeware, although most seem to be shareware.
As far as hosts go I use oneandone.co.uk this is by far the best UK host that i have come across, they let me change many things that a lot of hosts are scared to let you touch. I know your not going to need most of the extra features they give you, but it gives you the ability to grow. They also provide lots of scripts that you can set up at the touch of a button, meaning if your dont understand PHP or CGI then you can still have things like guestbooks and counters without the need to learn extra skills, and without the need to use a third party site that insist on you giving them credit all over your site.
AS far as reliability goes their server is up almost constant, i have been with them about 8 months and have only had one problem, some of there servers were hacked, and load and loads of sites were deleted, but they acted quickly and profesionally to sort it out, and my site was soon back up and running.

If your a poor student like me in the UK and have no money as money is being spent on cheesey biscuits, petrol and beer then freeserve is the best option, 165 meg free, no bandwidth limits or popupos or banners.
