The animations used on these creatures superseeds Shrek in every single way, no exceptions...
Every single hair (as you can see while a small monster holds on to it) is a single component of the character (hell yeah, it even beats final fantasy)...lmao
For people with a healthy mind, death is just the beginning of a new adventure...
Shrek rules. Period.
Oh and a friend and I made a stop-motion LEGO movie- the MAT-TRIX,
and its sequel- MAT-TRIX BOARDERS
We had a whole lotta fun and good films.
Luv sticky-tack. X)
Shrek, Monsters Inc and Ice Age were all created with Maya... now do you know why I go on about the software so much?
And no one better say that Monsters Inc was made with 3DSM, because it wasnt. I have the official statement released by the boffins at Pixar, as well as an email I received from Alias|Wavefront just before Monsters Inc was released.

I saw Titan[AE] and FF, they weren't that good. FF the movie was supposed to get everyone to buy the FF games but it didn't go so well. Titan AE was pretty good, Monsters Inc 2
I like the water in Ice Age, there's a couple of scenes with water in it, looks groin grabbingly good!

FF games never lead on from each other anyway, so they don't really have to make the movie follow on/react. I like the rat in Ice age too, he should have his own series - he's funny.
Everyone's saying cartoony-looking movies. The models and animation in FF was extremely well done. Titan AE was also very well done, though from a different perspective since they obviously werent going for realism like Square were with the FF movie.

It's about time some more 'adult' CGI movies were made. I don't mean adult as in pornographic, just more mature in content and plot, and obviously featuring lots of violence and gore and gratuitous sweaing. All we got at the moment is kids stuff, the Animatrix Flight of the Osiris being an exception.
