Ok then, make me a small banner, about 120x80 in size. It needs to be simple, yet good looking, It's for Click Cell - so putting the words "Click Cell" on it is a must. go to http://clickcell.tk to see the kind of colours it needs to have to blend in with the site.

Uh. Are you sure it is 120 X 80? Since the blending system on top of your page is way smaller than that.
