I want the html page to be displayed inside my app, then clicking on the html will then load up IE or whatever browser. John Edited by the Author. n/a

Simply place that in your frame then use the "Navigate2" action to load a page. Since games/apps made with CT software only work on Windows, and Windows always comes with the IE control, you dont need to worry about distributing the control with your application.
