Looks nice! But if you're going for quality and/or realism some suggestions I'd put out might be... shrink the windows a bit, unless they're like big executive office windows (then I'd suggest thinning the gap between windows slightly as well as making them a bit shorter) and then also giving some more space between the top of the top windows and the ceiling.

Isometric usually means two pixels left / right <-> one pixel up / down. You seem to have used a pretty random prespective, making the building look pretty messed up for it being supposed to be an isometric building imho.

Ya, the grid it was built on was messed up. I had no idea what i was doing, so I made a 10x10 grid and flatend it.
