The Eurovision Song Contest is great! The songs are rubbish, but if you put subtitles on, the foreign lyrics are translated into English and reveal such classic lines as: "I'm lying, I'm late, I'm losing my weight".
The only bad thing is the political voting that goes on between Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia, Ukraine etc. It spoils it, cos one of them always wins (Ukraine this year).
Eurovision is, and has always been a complete joke. Last year, fair enough, we deserved to get nul points but this year our song was pretty good. Its just a shame that everyone hates the UK because of our involvement in the Iraq war, and the prisoner abuse allegations.
Last nights Eurovision was one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen. Terry Wogan deserves a godamn medal for his contributions to taking the piss out of foreigners. Possibly even a nobel prize.
it usually provides some good laughs, though i havent watched it in a couple of years. one things for sure, the music is awful, annoying crap, and the kind of thing you carnt get out of your head for days and you end up singing it and not realising.

I always think when I hear my homeland of England's excremental Eurovision entry, Doesn't anyone who choses the UK's songs wonder why we always do badly, but then go on to choose the same kind of crap and be pissed on by all the other countries? You'd think they'd have figured out by now, only the British public likes the bollocks that passes for our Eurovison entries. Not that I'm a fan of the other countries entries usually, but they're mostly better than our songs, mostly. Maybe it also has something to do with all the other countries hating us.
