Hey, are you the same Alee from the CQ forums?
I can program whatever you want 2D(except possibly an RTS, although I may have figured that out), but for 3D I'm sure there's better. I use MMF/Jamagic, and would be happy to work on a project where I don't have to create any graphics. 
Right now I'm busy working on a sort-of RTS(it will be turrets-only) in Jamagic. Shab will be happy to hear about it, I think.  It won't be released until I finish the graphics(artist fell off side of earth) and smart weapons though....so currently I don't have anything to show off what I can do. 
Oh wait, I made a screensaver!

AI or Al. ur modelling is pretty nice,,, but i think u should try do a little work about ur texturing.... Take for instant ur robot/turretthingie... If u did a singleoverlap polygon texture, iwht a light displacement map. urll end up with 4x the better look  just a hint
wish u well in ur creations.
