Trolling just means going around saying stupid things to get a response (like starting an argument or deliberately getting banned). I'm pretty sure NL new what he was going in for.
I don't think the stuff he posted was as bad as some of the shit certain members here blurt out at every possible occasion. He simply had a catch phrase that he liked to recite very often.

NationalLiberal sucked balls. Now I don't have anything against NationLiberal's alter-ego, but come on people, NL was a one-joke character, and there's always gonna be a problem when the character's one joke sucked in the first place.
If the member in question feels the need to make a new character, can you have him suck less and be funny more, and while you're at it, less annoying?
Personally, I'm glad he's gone. Even though I was on a long hiatus from this site for a while. I came back to see some of his posts while he was still around and found them to be immature and obnoxious. I didn't really see anything funny about his joke about stocks, etc.

I am almost visiting TDC at a daily basis. The last couple of days I have been busy and away though. When I came I was amazed (but not in a good way) that NL was deleted.
He could hardly be banned on #8. Should it not be interpreted as it is illegal to imporsonate TDC members? Basically it is not illegal to impersonate non TDC members? I mean would anyone mind if I signed up as RobinHood? Surely it cannot harm anything to call yourself NL and having a pic of John Howard as sig. He never claimed to be John Howard as far as I know (and would that matter, would anyone believe him)?
Rule #2. Maybe but not likely. He mostly had something reasonably useful to say in his own "I have stocks HAR HAR HAR!" style. He never attacked anyone in person with his posts (as far as I know). However he was not posting constantly and numerous times in the same thread destroying the ongoing conversation. And if that was enough to get him kicked *A LOT* of members deserve to be deleted by their numerous off topic and otherwise meaningless posts.
If Pete and Shab did not delete him (and Circy is away) it narrows it down. I dont think Wong Chung Bang did it ... neither that Rikus did it (I dont know him well though). SC is the only likely person to do it (based on previous actions) but why would he do it?
I also find it sad that NL has left us. It made the forums a more poor place to be. I also vote YES bring back NL.
Admins: Could we please get some kind of official statement as to why NL was deleted? If nothing else then at least to know what he did wrong (so we dont make the same mistake and get deleted).
It should be a rule that each member only have one account, as it is on a lot of forums. Then he would have been deleted anyway. I'm glad "he's" gone anyway, hurray to the admin who did it, keep up the good work.

However in defence of that admin, people should just register using there own nick and not as nl, or spiderman or any other made up person, and the har har har bit and lets be honest that was getting really annoying, and was loosing its comic value way to quickly. Also the reply's where 99% of the time not on topic and where just a reference to the stocks thing, so yea he may have been funny at first, added some activity to the forums but his posts where not informative at all not directly related to the topic and after a dozen of replies like this i can see why 1 admin would delete him. Fair or not fair but you can take only so many har har's
Of course some people disagree and that's your right, and we will take note of that for a next time but it was not that funny c'mon Heck i'm surprised so many replied to this topic in the first place, ohhh well,

NationalLiberal was created by Frank "tomatoman" Menzel about 1,5 year ago.
It is a rich old person, who has stocks in everything, he is extremely right winged and pretty nasty. This is the kinda person Frank, being a real red leftist, hates. Frank decided to create a NL-account on TDC, just for fun, but frank is the king of spam (Iklik-it veterans know that), and soon he was annoying everybody, and even bashing my games. I took over his account (his pass was not hard to guess), but before I could do anything circy changed the pass so nobody could use him anymore
Nationalliberal lived on on other places. I changed his personality a little bit. I was pretty annoyed about some people in the klik community who act like assholes. I wanted to make NationalLiberal the biggest asshole in the community. Nobody would be able to be a real asshole anymore, he would always be outdone by NL. There was one rule tho: NL never attacks a person.
This was kinda fun for a while on natomic, where circy was bashed by Brad the handsome, or on Total Klik where it was full of victims for NL, but after a while I just forgot about him.
A few weeks ago I saw some asshole-ish comments on TDC, and I was talking about it with a DC admin who shall remain nameless, and he reset NL's pass for me. The only thing I did with NL was making some posts (mostly the ones with pictures in it), and i had some nice DC-mail conversations with klik-assholes. The other messages were posted by other people who had acces to NL's account.
thats all there is to say about NationalLiberal, I never had complete control over him, and I only used him to bash the bashers. I now want to ask everybody in this community: when you see assholes, create a NL-account and attack! HAR HAR HAR!
I got to read some of the things these people said to NL (Hayo), and to tell you the truth, they were not pretty.
One particular person, Brad, called Hayo every name under the sun, and insulted those who supported him, as well as some of the admins here on TDC.
Personally I don't blame Hayo for using NL as a comeback, he actually pulled it off pretty well and ticked off a lot of the a**holes who bothered him in the process.

I've never been one to hide my own opinions and I could care less if you feel the need to attack me for doing so. It's no secret that I sorely dislike a lot of people here. Muz, Pete Natress, Shadowcaster.. the list goes on. I'll still come here because it's better than other klik sites (klik-academy.. LOL) but i won't agree with everything that goes on here just because it is good for some false friendly smiles and hugs persona that you people feel everyone should have.
Oh and by the way, since everyone is coming clean, why don't one of you step forward and tell who was the one flooding the "forgot password" script a few weeks ago. (which conveniently happened the same day these dc-mail chats between nationallibral and myself were going on.)

I am voicing my opinions all the time here Brad, with my own account.
I always try to protect the new folks and the good folks, wich mostly results in stupid folks trying to bash me, because they think I am trying to protect a blurry buggy game I once made.
Like I told you in our DC-mail conversation I think klikking is just for fun. People like you spoil this, whatever your reason is. You are so negative about the things I think are/were good (iklik-it, mr stump, KA, and people who are just friendly guys). You say you dislike a lotta people here, but that's because they dislike you. I am not saying we should act like stoned hippies here, but lets keep everything a bit polite.
You have to realise some people here don't really have a lot in their life apart from klikking and talking on this site. It sounds sad but they really can't help that. People like you and me don't really care when people bash our games, we have other nice hobbies and stuff, but imagine someone who only has an "internet life" and gets bashed by some people who think they are better than all the others.
Btw, Klik Academy will get a lot better soon, and will be totally contolled by the people you dislike

Edit: Personally, I find brad insulting at times, but that's not too bad, since atleast he doesn't use perverted language/stuff. Everyone has their own oppinions, nothing you can do about that. the random stock comments where not part of the job, it was just decoration. some people didn't get it, others did.
Haha, I found out it wasn't a good idea to let phizzy have NL's pass, I asked him to write a short story in nationaliberal style...but phizzy didn't know what a short story is
i think people were starting to like nl because a lot of posts at the moment are complaints or arguments
the whole stocks thing added some much needed comedy to the daily click
