i think it would be a pretty neet extension, an extension that can do a sort of bluring effect, like when an object moves, you see a trail of faded objects, and it would be lots of fun when moving the veiwpoint of the window...
just a suggestion, i'de love to see someone make it!
that sounds just like the excuse people use for making bad games

I can think of more useful extensions I'd like to see made, but it'd be kinda cool I guess.

I can think of many, like an RPG helper, or something along those terms.
Also, a presipitation extension would be great for the rain/snow objects.
Possibly a weather object, or a day/night extension, or a something that
makes backgrounds change when you use an item! The list goes on, and on...
Most likely 1/2 of the things I listed can be done already, oh well.

If you have MMF, it's actually not that hard to do. Here's a quick tutorial I made: http://rapidflash.tripod.com/fadetut.cca
NOTE: Right click and do "Save Target as"
It'd be nice to have an extension which allows that wonderful 2xSaI engine to run on the game, since I like to make game sin 320x240 resulotion but hate the pixellated appearance it gives in full screen(although I do change the resolution to 640x480 so the pixels are all even). I'm sure anyone whose used Emulators has seen the effect. I'd pay someone to make that.
I reckon it will be possible, but to make it run at any speed it would probably have to open up a new (fullscreen?) window. So it would probably work, but it would be slower because of the way I'd have to implement the extension (usually you'd have MMF processing the final image with 2xSAL instead of it displaying the image an an extension has to read that data and process it itself)
