I export my 3d characters (made in Blender) to series of images (image001.bmp, image002.bmp...), but i was wondering if I could use the "3d sprite" object instead to import my 3d models.
How does the 3d sprite object work?

Not very well... it's full of bugs and problems. Also, it was third party so CT can't fix any bugs .

Yeah, don't use it. You can't even have texturing or anything. Just going the 2D pre-rendered way is the best, or use Jamagic for 3D games.

A good combination is KlikOpenGL & 3D object. That way you can have your 3D guns with a 3D world. (For a FPS game)
