Yeah, I got it when it came out, didn't like it all that much. I'm actually downloading to my flash cart right now, maybe I'll add it again and give it another go.

That's just based on the old 94 version (it was just called 'Donkey Kong'). It rocked.

Mario VS DK is in the same series as the old DK games, but it is also an entirely different game.
The storyline, I have worked out, is actually about Nintendo's stance on importing.

Teh internet. I imported a flash cart from www.linkerworld.com (currently down), originally because I was going to get into GBA dev, but now I just use it to download games I can play on my SP. They're well worth the money (~$200 for a 256mbit cart), so go get one. Now.
