Well, here i am, writing a review. How special. ----HOSJ's REVIEW OF zago's 3-D-SPACE-ENGINE---- PRESENTATION- 9/10 Well, as this is only an engine you cant really expect an awesome presentation, but you do see a few neat, well done logos, as opposed to your typical messy huge ones. Hey what do you expect?? The guy is FRENCH for crying out loud.  . Anyways, it was pretty good considering it was only an engine. The game resolution could have been much higher in my opinion though... Anyways, in game, you have a cool radar system, and your typical cool green/red boxes that indicate a planet, or enemy, etc. Very well done, zago.
GAMEPLAY 7/10 Ah yes, the gameplay. Well, I personally found the gameplay a little to hectic and without strategy. All you have to do is zoom toward earth and shoot the bad guys that look a LOT like Klingon Birds of Prey from Star Trek. Slow it down a little, and you will have a gem. The cutscene at the end is cool, but doesnt seem.. 'earthy'. GRAPHICS 8/10 The graphics... are awesome, but a few things like the rocks are a little overdone. It would be better if they were only a minor presence to show your direction instead of clouding the screen. The planet, and the ships were INCREDIBLE though. They all got bigger and more detailed as you got closer, and... wow... A lot of work obviously went into this. SOUND AND MUSIC 5/10 The sound effects are few, but always there. Annoying, but livable. The music was non-existant, hence the low rating. Oh well, not a crucial part to a space game, in my opinion. But it needs music for mood and character. Please get some good space music. Like Star Trek Bridge Commander. 'nuf said. LASTABILITY 4/10 As this is only a demo, it will keep your interest for about an hour, then it will be on the sidelines. More enemys, and variety in the full game will keep it alive for a long time. OVERALL 9/10 Great job zago. A 3d game made in Games Factory is EXTREMELY hard to pull off. Good graphics, gameplay, and presentation. I find this a prime example of creativity. *HOSJ OUT*
