The Daily Click ::. Downloads ::. Review Review: Unknown Game 6213
Having spent some time off of playing klik games, I've come back and decided I'd check some out. Here’s my review for: The Most Games Factory Ever Presentation First off, the presentation was pretty interesting. Right off the bat, the game was obviously going to be made entirely of TGF graphics, and the way the title screen was done, was interesting. Original to say the least. It basically starts you off as the player, setting you in a relatively confusing setup. It wasn’t till I decided to run, that I found out that’s what I was suppose to do. Not the most professional presentation, but interesting. Game play Game play is a huge downfall, instantly the title screen showed that the game was not going to have great game play, seeing as it had the default TGF engine. Where I can understand, the game was going for a TGF theme, using the default engine was not one of the brightest idea's in doing so. The level design wasn’t that bad, but because of the default TGF engine, I really made the game much harder then it could have been. Graphics The graphics had a theme, so the fact that they weren’t that well done, doesn’t really seem to dent this part of the review to badly. However, it would have been nice to have spiced the graphics up a little bit with some more color. Aside from that though, the basic idea wasn’t that bad. I've seen it done before, even I've done it before (unreleased) but not horrible. Sound and Music No sound, and the music was little midi files that you could barely hear without turning your volume all the way up. Not a strong point in the game at all. Doesn’t really deserve anything higher then a 2 to say the least. Last ability Well in this game, the last ability did have me in that state of mind where, if I cant beat this.. I'm going to feel like shit for the rest of the night. This is a good thing in some ways, but in all honesty the bad engine just made it not worth the anger. I played all the way up till you had to run to the right as quickly as you could, before the "fire" caught up with you. This was when I stopped, after around 6 tries. I wouldn’t have though, if the "boss" before you, didn’t take so long. It was just you standing in 1 spot, moving when it came near you. This was when I found myself quitting the game. Overall Overall, not a very bad game. Wouldn’t call it a wasted portion of my life, was pretty fun while it lasted. If I had to recommend anything for future games though, I'd say. Aim higher, this wasn’t a bad game, but it was absolutely nothing close to what TGF is capable of doing.
