Well, I played through the game and I came up with a few suggestions that you may find usefull. 1. I liked the presentation of your game it had a very "full" feel to it. but after the title it got boring. experiment with deifferent backdrops one that suits your game. 2. The level desingn was very bland and uninteresting. Try adding different themes such as jungle or snow levels. There is a world of themes to choose from (so to speak) dont forget to add detail to your backrops either, Even if you don't aprecciate your own graphics put as much detail into them as possible. In the long run that is what impresses me the most. 3. This one is important. your game came off to me as cartoonish, that is a good thing and take advantage of it. for example: When the player attacks with the hammer, animate it!! exagerate the motion, add sound effects, and use particle effects such as flying stars from the impact. I hope this was helpfull I did enjoy the game by the way.
