ILLUSION
The Diamond of Teklath

The Teklath Diamond is the most powerful object in the world, even evil fear it, Now it has been released into the world...

A land of peace and balance is suddenly treatened by evil powers seeking the diamond. Even in the hands of a good being the daimond is deadly, so, for years it was guarded by a good mage and an eveil mage.The evil mage named Tungle and the good, Fungle.

This System had worked...Until evil became too determined to steal the diamond.The good mage who was Leif's grandfather was worried.

You are Lief, a care free young man, That was until your grandfather was killed, But when Tungle tried to steal the diamond it split in two pieces, One he kept ther other flew to the other side of the lands. Tungle fled after the remaining piece. You are visited by your grandfather's spirit, And so the quest begins...

Here is the level-test for Illusion,plz dont complain that i've posted it stacks.This is a major difference!The new features include:

*Original Graphics,I left a few ripped,but only tempoary.
*Proper Collision.
*Menu Goes Up/Down. (it's handy)
*Improved Inventory.

Seen worse...... Ummm proper collision though...so the pixel movement earthquake is how you walk into walls is it? Other than that it's quite good! Keep it up! :) PS : Hehehehehe I would have liked some recognition for hosting it eh SevenT2! Oh well!

The Diamond of Teklath sounds very similar to The One Ring to rule them all. The gfx are fairly RPG like!

Well at least all your comments have had a good tone to them :D,yeah i forgot to mention,thanks to GameZap for the house but not the chimmny:P.And thanks to Ashman for hosting it!And yes you can only quit by pressing Alt+F4, I got so used to it i didn't put a quit thing in.

Cool, I like how you modified the graphics so that they fit better together.(Coolsoft Games now has the Jeron Studios sprite libs though so you might want to change the credits.)

Well,there is no gameplay yet cause it's a level-test,the music is ripped,yes,a lot of graphics are still ripped.But they will be removed,the intro is crap i know, it just tells you a little about what's happening. Also GameZap,it is a level-test! in your review you said this isn't a demo it's a level-test,which it is! Well that's all from me for now! -SevenT2

ok calm down,hmm wonder why i went to the trouble of reviewing it. What did you want me to say? Illusion is the best thing ever. An instant 10/10, a klikking classic...?

it was okay... i thought them Item drop down thing was cool :) .... oh yeah and should it be reviewed if its a level test???? i wouldnt think so maybe if its a beta or a demo or the real thing other then that it shouldnt be reviewed at all.

oh my gosh. I am in the middle of making this BIG game and the main character has blue hair as well!!! and also i used the same music as you did!!!! YIKES!!! some scary coincidence!! lol

I bet £100 this game never gets finished.Also you should notice that no one actually said they liked it. I said looking great just to get people to say nice things. If i did'nt know you then i would be back to my abuse which i gave previous versions.

Hey! It's not that bad! No one said it was bad though, they said it was ok, or good.And i will finish this game, it's coming along quite nicely now.

I'm going to post updates about the game here. Here's the first: I've finally started the battle engine, kind of.I've done the events for equipping armour an swords, kind of like Baldurs Gate 2 with a 'doll' of the charactor.

Which Menu? The one in the level-test? It's easy to animate those guys,also my brothers has edited them to make other charators...They look okay.

if I were you then I would go and get a spriter. You really should as it would mean you could focus on other areas of the game

Nope, and i dont intend to, i can now sprite reasonably well and have scraped this project for a new rpg, which is allready 100 times better then this.
