RGBeat is a simple rhythm game, akin to Dance Dance Revolution and Guitar Hero. It's a lot simpler though. Basically, you hit your button with the rhythm as the little waves go into the box. The more accurate you are, the more points you'll get.

To unlock the next song, you must get the Gold number on the current song (this is a hidden requirement number, but it's not too hard to get)

Enjoy.

Loved it - almost gave it 4 stars but deserves a very solid 3/5 for the effort gone into this game in such a short time - must've been very tricky to do! Love the choice of songs, especially the second (or was it third?) tune from Sonic 2!

Make more of this game!!

It's quite a fun game but there's some problems. Firstly the game occasionally pauses, but the music keeps going, so it falls out of sync. Also the TAB key is quite annoying to press, it would be nice to be able to redefine that. Pressing the button when you are inbetween two notes destroys both notes, which means when you press the second time (to try to hit the second note) you end up losing 10 points. Also some of the earlier songs are disproportionately difficult compared to the later songs. Another thing was when you achieve a highscore, it jumps to the second or third help screen frame, instead of the main frame.

The game was 100% worth playing just for the Cillit bang song.

Makes me want to finish OldManClayton's return to the 70's! Now there's a game I completely forgot about.

Very nice. Chocolate Rain annoyed the hell outta me, though.

Worked a bit slow for me, or at least the frame rate was bad in fullscreen mode. I'd have preferred a real fullscreen mode to counter this...

Also, just at the moment Tay sung "crashing" in the last song the game crashed for some unknown reason...

Despite having Stepmania at my palm, I'll definitely give this game a go.

I can;t beat any songs cause the screen goes back to the help after I win. n for low score.
