Scramble. In Alphabits Scramble you score points by finding as many words as possible from the six letters that you are given. If you also find the main word (consisting of all six letters) before the time runs out, you may proceed to the next round where you will be given a new set of letters.

Sounds easy? Alphabits Scramble will require full concentration to find as many solutions as possible, but you will also broaden your vocabulary at the same time as it's highly entertaining!

Try to beat the top 10 at the online highscore list!
Good Luck!

I was playing the Vitalize version on your site, played it a fair bit and will certainly be back for more!

great little game

well presented

edit: although playing it further, some simple legit words are not recognised. Which is not so great

I also enjoyed this game. I like the addition of the online scoreboard; it motivated me to keep going. Maybe I'll have a chance to be back on the top of the list sometime soon...

It's a nice little time-waster
I kind of wish it was more like "Countdown" (9 letters instead of 6, numbers game aswell, Rachel Riley...) but still very good.

This was a great way to kick off my evening. Here are some suggestions, which emerged after playing some longer sessions:
--allow the player to use the keyboard in addition to the mouse for letter input
--for an added challenge, make sure the same word won't appear more than once in any given game
--implement a pause feature between rounds (not during rounds, as a player could easily cheat with that ability), when the "next round" message is showing
--ability to turn music on and off, and/or play the user's own music
--double-check your dictionary (as mentioned by steve above)
--a "hint" button that progressively deducts from your score, but starts off the main word, or adds letters to those the player has already used

Very, very fun game you've put together!

Thanks everybody for the comments and suggestions!

@s-m-r: I appreciate your tips. You can actually turn the music off - just click the speaker icon in the upper right corner.

This is awesome fun, it felt genuinely rewarding when you actually complete a round! Much more satisfying than many other games.
