I first started out with just making swimming pools with the expansion pack, but now I'm starting to get back to making actual parks, with the swimming pools as an addition to the park is all. The pack is really cool, though its still pretty obvious that the whole tunnels thing was added just to get people to buy the expansion pack. I doubt it was because of rushing things, they didnt seem to have much of a problem getting the tunnels into the pack as they said they would have in the original. I dont know how people can get such large parks without getting frame loss. I have a Radeon 9250 PCI with 256Megs, which may not be the best, but you think think I would get a park a little bigger then 5-6 rides before I start losing frames.

I'm not sure really, I just know that for me, it looks cool for coasters & makes building nicer looking paths with cleaner looking parks.
Overall its all about (for me) making things LOOK better.
The addition of water falls was a very nice addition! They look amazing, I just wish they were slightly easyer to mold the land currectly so they come out the way you plan. This new expansion pack really adds alot to the game, personally I'm playing it alot more then I play RollerCoaster Tycoon 2.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 was the one that used 2D isometric art. It was very well done, but the game, though alot of the graphics are to blocky, does look nice in 3D. The only problem is, its to hard on your PC. The engine they used pretty much blows, because it starts to lag quickly. You start to lose frames almost instently after you build 2-3 rides & open your park for people to ride them. Even if its a few frames, it really starts to build up after you start getting a nice sized park. Thats the big difference between 2 & 3 that keeps me enjoying RCT2. I can play RCT2 for hours without getting any lag, but RCT3 only has me for about an hour or 2 per park before I have to restart because its not fun to fight the frame loss.

I've got theme park world but I always preferred roller coaster tycoon, which I used to play at my friend's house. But theme park world is very fun.
