We think it was unfair of you to get rid of our game. Please accept it back! Why does everyone hate them? We thought they were great fun, and so did all our friends!
perhaps if you'd only released one of the "games" know one would have noticed that you were simply reeling off poor quality stuff. But no, you released 3 very poor games. Why not improve the programming and graphics, put them altogether into one application- (perhaps add some more) and wham! you have mario mini game game thingy.
For a next time i would just release 1 game at a time and see what people think, after that make improvements and try to keep getting better. Its never a good idea to submit a couple of games at the same time because it will seem you are flooding the site. Stick with the best game that you got for now submit that, and then go from there and over time release your other games or make improvements to them after reading the comments if need to be.
Be sure to follow us on the twitters for the latest and greatest: @dailyclick
I think you also need to realise that people here expect high-quality games to be submitted to this site. So although you may think your games were good, people will be expecting better games. I suggest you take a look at the GOTW page to give yourself an idea of the type of quality that people here are after, then compare that quality to your games and you'll see why people are reacting the way they are. Don't worry, I made worse games than you when I first started out - you can only get better, not worse.
I honestly think you're a fake account. Your games were the most terrible I've ever seen. There's a little thing called 'effort', and, sadly, all of your games were lacking it.
You can't honestly think those were decent games. Look at Eternal Daughter, Jonny RPG, Cave Crawler, or some of the other quality titles on this site. Do you honestly think your game can compare to those?
Come back with a quality game; something that didn't take you a few minutes to make.
P.S. Do you have a Golem complex or something? 'Our friends' 'our games' and so forth.

Your games are incredibly bad, and they deserve nothing less than this. You guys haven't worked on your games at all, a couple of minutes at maximum. Do you think that makes a game? I think not. You can't just release a bad test and call it a game. I think you need to read this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game
Really, read it. It's clear that you guys don't know what a game is.
I wonder what kind of retarded games you must have been playing to think those home-made-games of yours were fun.
The fact that the games were even accepted is a shameful and dreadful mistake. I'll just pressume the admins who accepted it weren't quite down-to-earth at the moment. But that's not that important. The fact that these n00bgames keep coming back to the community is much worse.
Enough with me being angry. Just put some effort in your games, and work on them a bit longer. Right now, you're useless to the community, but you're still new, and your crap has been deleted. Now it's time for some decent work. Read some articles, check some tutorials, learn how to pixel, learn what a game needs to be exciting etc etc etc. Go for it. As in, right now.
I understand that our standards may be quite high compared to you and your friends because we play these games daily. Some of us have been for years. We aren't being unfair in saying your games are poor efforts.
We have the experience to know what makes a good game. I didn't enjoy any of your offerings, therefore I rate them as poor games. There is more to it than that but you have to be really blind to not see. If you disagree then thats fine, but it's better to accept that fact (i'm sorry but it is) and learn that it takes time effort and sometimes skill to make a game properly, and it's even harder to make a good one.
Anyway, I understand that all first games always suck ass (for the most part). But this is a new level of suck-assdom. Your work decsends to new levels of hell that not even Evil Kitty had stooped to. Congratulations.
We're not trying to put you down here. And I know our standards can be ridiculously high. We're not casting you out of the community, we're simply cleansing it of the evil that you have brought upon it.
We encourage you to continue submitting games, but please put a little more effort into it this time. Check out the examples on this site and use them as building blocks. Goodluck.

I have a NEW game out!
Click on my name and have a look!
I put some more effort into it, like you said... Hope you like it! Is this the standard you're talking about?

What is it?
Is it as good as my newest game!
Thank you so MUCH for downloading... I mean... It's Not Even ON the front page yet!!!
Something doesn't have to be on the frontpage to be downloaded... >_>
And no, Hayo's Bernard & Hank isn't as good as your newest game, it's a million times better.
Your newest game is, like your previous games, a stinky pike of crap. You say it took you long to make it? Shouldn't take you longer than 10 minutes at max. How long did you work on it?

It took us two hours.

we had to work out everything.
But we thought it was really cool.
Well at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you think, it only matters what the "players" think.
Although 2 hours seems a lot to you, most of the brilliant games here have been worked on for months - take Satan Sam for example. So I suggest you try and spend more time on a decent game. Likely you still don't know everything about TGF/MMF, so probably best that you learn everything about it first (which is what I did after releasing my nooby games).
"huh? What is it? It just goes to a place called fileplanet! "
lol.
I begin to suspect that its all a bluff.

To make sure that you can read this (in case the game doesn't get accepted), here are some tips you should REALLY read and follow for making a better game.
I'll just put some critisism here.
- Use some less harsh / more logical colours. For example, shades of brown that are close to each other for walls. If you have no experience with something like this, try some stuff out, but watch out when it doesn't look realistic. Also don't use colours that just look too bad or flashy next to each other, like purple/orange, yellow/blue or red/green. They are ok in a dark shade, but in a light shade they make some players get a headache. And it just looks bad.
- Do not resize any graphics you made, it makes them look bad. If you DO resize them, make it a very precise resizing like 200% or 300% and fix them up a bit after resizing.
- Try to add simple sound and music for more gameplay fun.
- Give the player a chance to finish the game, as there's no other way than using the default platform movement wall cheat to reach those top coins.
- Remove unused object, for example; I don't think that edit box in the main menu is being used!
- Give the player a goal on what he should do and why. Try to implement changes in the gameplay when you reached a certain point so the game doesn't get boring too quickly.
These are all the tips I'll bother you with for now.
Hahah, a decent game is supposed to take at least 2 months you know..maybe you should actually start listening to what all the folks here are saying instead of telling how cool you think your games are, you are embarrassing teh community.
Having a life means only being awake for 1 hour a day?
Anyway, Radix still seems to have a point, as I am the only one who is asleep 23 ours a day, and the only folks on this site who have a life are Wong and A.Trevor. Yes, good games can be done in 2 hours after all.
I wouldn't go so far as to say I have a life. What was left of it is being slowly swallowed by the final stages of my final year project.
It's a bit difficult (impossible, really) to put a time on how long you need to spend on a game to make it decent - Radix regularly produces pretty impressive stuff as a result of a single night, fuelled by eating 2kg bags of cheese. At least, that's what I remember from his LJ. The memory might be a bit hazy.
I, however, work in bursts of interest, so any game takes me about a year to finish. And I thought Treasure Tower would be done by last month, as well...
I just don't know any really decent games that didn't take less than 2 months. My games just take a year as well, as I have been in my final year for..like ages, and started at the art academy as well. And I sleep alot.
DC has high standards? I dunno, Tuki Tuki Island got front page and was hailed as a ray of decency shining through a load of crap. Decency makes front page. I really shouldn't have to say more.
