It takes me hours to get to sleep, usually.
And I'm quite a light sleeper, so noises usually wake me up.
My signature is never too big!!!

I used to be able to do that too Ah well docs put me on some beta blockers or something to stop my heart racing. Only they're making me sleepy!

It's frustrating is what it is. When you're really tired but you keep doing things like moving an arm or leg as you drop off. Only happened twice but ruddy annoying

K I'm cured now after a little trip to hospital. Was seen by a mega doc who said I'm totally fine and my worries fled away.

I got 5 hours sleep last night . It takes me about an hour and a half to get to sleep usually, and I wake up at random times if I've been stressed.
I remember the first all-nighter I did... Man I was so wasted the next day, no coffee or anything either!

Only time I did an all nighter was on the ferry from Ireland. We missed ours and had wait till 9pm in Dublin. Didn't sleep on the boat, just sat on some high up steps and watched the midnight ocean. Ruddy scary but beautiful.

First time I stayed up all night when I was 8. I slept all the next day. Then I didn't do it again until earlier this year.
